Booking and Payment
- All services must be booked via our website or by contacting our customer service.
- Payments can be made in advance through our website or directly at your home after the service is provided. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI for home payments.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS.
Limitation of Liability
XraiDigital is not liable for any indirect or unforeseen damages. While we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, healthcare outcomes can vary, and XraiDigital cannot guarantee specific diagnostic results.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we suspect any misuse or violation of these terms and conditions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by You: You may cancel your service booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Service Cancellation by XraiDigital: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as technician unavailability or equipment failure. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no extra charge.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If you cancel the service at least 4 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Once the service is initiated (i.e., the technician arrives at your location), no refunds will be issued, except in cases where XraiDigital is responsible for service failures.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the payment method used during the booking.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your service up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. Rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% fee of the total service cost.
